FOXBOROUGH, MA — A Stoughton man was arrested at a Foxborough hotel last week after police said he was trying to sell fentanyl to a guest.
Wizley Occivil, 32, was ordered held without bail by a Wrentham District Court judge after pleading not guilty to possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute.
Around 1 p.m., last Monday, Occivil was arrested at the America’s Best Value Inn on Route 1 in Foxborough. Police said they seized 9 grams of fentanyl and about $400 in cash. A witness also admitted to officers he tried to buy drugs from Occivil, police said.
The new charges forced a judge to revoke Occivil’s bail from a previous drug charge. In May 2019, Occivil was indicted on similar charges in Dedham Superior Court. He was originally held on $2,000 bail.
