The couple, who are due to wed on Saturday, were seen leaving Kensington Palace in one of the royal family’s Range Rovers around lunchtime local time on Thursday. Some 40 minutes later, they arrived at Windsor Castle, much to the delight of fans who are already camped out in the historic town.
According to press in the area, the bride and groom drove along Long Walk in Windsor to look at the route of their procession.
It’s unclear whether the couple will stay in Windsor until their nuptials on Saturday, May 19. Both are staying in hotels in Berkshire on Friday night, ahead of their big day.
But despite the turmoil of the past week, the bride-to-be looked relaxed and happy in the car. With her hair worn half-up and her makeup impeccable, she looked polished as always.
The 36-year-old appeared to be wearing her Tuxe 360 blouse for the occasion, while Prince Harry appeared to be dressed down in a white shirt under a gray sweater.
Best man Prince William and Kate Middleton were also seen arriving at Windsor Castle. This marks the first time the Duchess of Cambridge has been photographed in public since she gave birth to her second son, Prince Louis, on April 23.
